Very happy with this purchase!

We are absolutely delighted with this purchase! The quality of the cat tree is top-notch—the materials are sturdy, well-made, and very stable.

Assembling it was a breeze: everything came together quickly and effortlessly.

Most importantly, our cat absolutely loves it! He barely leaves it alone and spends all day scratching, playing, and lounging on his new favorite spots.

A special thank you to the store team for their wonderful support with the delivery—everything arrived quickly and safely.

immediately broke, no replacement parts

I was very excited about this scratch tree, but unfortunately one of the screws embedded in the plastic part fell out while I was putting it together. The quality of the plastic that holds the pieces together seems to be very poor, which is a pity because otherwise it is a nice cat toy. The company didn't provide any replacement parts when I contacted them, even against payment, so I won't be able to use it at all. Very unpleasant experience and waste of money.
